Amanda Brugel

Pointe Claire, a quiet neighborhood in the West Island of Montreal is one of those "sleepy" place. This part of Montreal is known as the West Island has a lot of communities. For those who haven't known about it may mistake it for a separate island facing west. Amanda Brugel's birthplace is frequently cited, however her short time in the city was not. Brugel became a woman of a certain age living in Courtice Ontario just outside Oshawa. The first goal she had was to be an actor, However, following a dramatic increase in size, her friends weren't able to dance along with her. In a recent interview with the Toronto Star, she confessed that "In heels, I'm 6 feet and 1 inch." As I grew older than my male friends, I quit. The Brugel is one of the former dancers who turned into acting. Her teacher from high school encouraged her in the right direction. She was recommended by a teacher getting a part in the school's annual play. After trying out, she ended up as the main character for Anne of Green Gables. The show was granted a Fine Arts Talent Scholarship to go to York University's Theatre Program, where she graduated in 2000 with a degree of Bachelor's in Fine Arts. The career of Brugel spans more than twenty years, and she's performed in more than 60 shows including big screen productions and on smaller ones. Her most recognizable role was as Rita (pictured below) on The Handmaid's Tale. Brugel was the sole Canadian part of the cast in the season 1 of the series, and only appeared on occasion.

Melissa Suzanne George comes from Australia. She is an entrepreneur, model and inventor. She has had a successful career in the industry since moving to the Australian market.
